Be aware of the temperature of your ceremony site. Check with the site coordinator to make sure the temperature will be comfortable for you.

Make sure all your vendors are aware of your itinerary for the day. Coordinating the arrival of the flowers before the photos and the limo after the photos can be critical!

We highly recommend doing all the photos before the ceremony. Before the ceremony everyone looks their best. We give our couples a quiet time together alone before we start the photos so they still have that moment to first see each other. And our couples tell us that the private moment we gave them was much more personal and enjoyable to them than seeing each other for the first time in front of 300 people. Doing all the photos before also has the benefit of actually spending less overall time doing photos. All you have to do after the ceremony is go on to the party!
